I'm back........
I realise I haven’t been blogging for close to 2 weeks. While, its boh pian considering that I only spend my weekends at home and last week I had no inspiration. Come to think of it, I don’t really feel like blogging this week either.
Well, a brief update. Camp wise, its now back to the old peaceful days. With the Summary Exercise over, life is good. Come to think of it, the new specs are really poor things, I mean they barely stepped into CCIS and they are expected to know how to troubleshoot? Its tough considering that they lacked the relevant background (or maybe not?). Oh well, at least the exercise was peaceful as the OC and CO both did not turn up.
Well, with IPPT and SOC cleared, I guess I better start to prepare for my second window. In the meantime, its now the rest of my bunkmates who will have to go through the horrid routine of SOC and IPPT every week.
Got chemical defense coming up, hate it cause of the tomb raider attire. Haha. Will look totally stupid… I’m looking forward to a real peaceful and enjoyable next week. Payday coming too. I’m really depleted so every little piece of cash will make me happy. Got a lot of things to do, like shopping for new clothes. Especially since WJ has been ranting to me for the past week that I need to do something about my wardrobe. Haha. Why not. Oh ya, just to update you all, I’ve got contacts for myself too…hmm even my sister thinks that I’m hiao.
Well, my movies wish list has grown in numbers too. Don’t think I will bother to catch all of them in the cinemas too. Haha. Oh ya, next week cx getting commissioned. Finally, I will have an inspector as my friend.
Lets see, Christmas is coming up and I haven’t done any shopping yet. That’s quite a headache.
Oh yea, finally my xbox is repaired and all my applications are up and running. Looks like next weekend (being the recall weekend) I can stay at home and play until I song!
Well, went up to celebrate jacq’s birthday yesterday. Almost would have celebrated on her birthday, but I couldn’t since I have 0 offs and only 1 day of leave left. This sucks. My new pcs are just slave drivers who totally do no understand the NSFs mentality as well as the importance of offs. They are just over-demanding creatures who have little considerations for us. Horrid man!!
Oh, anyway, as I was saying, we sang KTV yesterday, den caught Bridget Jones 2. I felt that the movie was good, even though I never watched the first one and hence I couldn’t have possibly linked up some bits of the story. But it was totally hilarious and good entertainment.
Well, after that bought her ice cream. Its so unlike me, I must admit. I mean, it is usually cakes for birthdays and not ice-cream. I felt so awkward… Of course, her insistence that it’s not her birthday means that I cannot buy her a cake (ok, given the weird timing, I also cannot buy the cake, cause who can eat???). So boh pian, had to made do with ice-cream.
Oh yar, talking about which, I hate it when people refuse to let me treat them (especially when I just want to treat). Its really like he/she doesn't treat me as a friend. On the other hand, I also hate to treat people who are just there to suck my money. Abit contradictory right? Please people, when I'm feeling generous, please fulfill my wish and let me spend happily!!!
After that, met WJ at HMV and he accompanied me for dinner. Well, cause Jacq happened to go to Marche so I sent her there and so qiao3 met WJ there. Then after that I pop over to kino to buy some books since I have the membership card which entitled me to 20% discount!!!
I’m feeling a bit confused now. Sort of talked to WJ and he gave me his opinions on certain matters. Well, it helped a bit but there’s only so much that he can help me with – certain things can only be done by yourself and not by others. I guess I need to work harder and be more proactive on certain things. At times like this, I will always recall the advice that the Taiwanese auntie gave me – don’t think too much… Oh well, I will work hard and solve some problems.
There are times when I think I should do certain things, but I didn’t. Its those things that you will regret. Guess I must stop this stupid habit of mine.
