The past week

Let me see, I spent my weekends outside most of the time. The best thing that happened was that I was able to snapped up Digimon Adventure (the first Digimon series) the entire full-coloured comic set for a bargain of $13. Hehe. I’m a big fan of Digimon, and I catched all the 4 seasons of the anime, and I’m now looking forward to the next one.

Monday I attended the security suite course. I discovered how pathetic some of ST staff is, for the instructor was horrible and he doesn’t know his stuff at all. I mean, how can a degree holder not know about the equipment and software that he is working with, considering the fact that his fat paycheck depends on it? And I hate it when he says that if anything goes wrong, just start from scratch again. That is totally helpful. I mean why will I need him around when he can’t answer my questions and I can simply just follow the manual?

Went down to SPH for the rest of the week. I tried my best to save as many people as I could, and I must say that I am indeed quite successful. Hehe. Well, it is indeed very tough to dig through all the albums, but the food in Toa Payoh is simply so fantastic that all the hard work doesn’t seem that tough anymore. Oh man, the you2 ji1 at Blk 94 is simply fantastic! I wonder what other good food I will get to eat this coming week….

I got a new DVD writer for my computer. Yea, now I can really burn quite a lot of stuff out and store it easily. Oh well, that will really cut down on the amount of space that I need to reserve for CDs.

Anyway, went to town on Sat, as well as paid a visit to Breko. Was in Suntec on Sunday, helping Elvin ask for information from the Australian Universities, as well as helping him fill up several forms. Wah, I didn’t know that the University charges are so high, almost equivalent to the British universities tuition fees. No wonder UNSW wants to set up a branch in Singapore.

Hopefully the next week will be better. I hope the platoon outing on Thursday will be a success, but then who knows, since it is really over ambitious on the part of Andrew.
