Southern Spain (or Andalusia), a really lovely place. Well, I guess most people have never heard of the beauty of the place, since when we think of Spain we usually just think about Madrid and Barcelona. Granada, Seville and Cordoba, despite being relatively less famous, are certainly deserving of praise. The highlight in Granada is the Alhambra. It is an ancient palace and fortress of the Moorish kings, and I must admit that it is really beautiful and grand. Situated on a plateau, you could get a view of the entire city of Granada. Also, its interior is possibly the best example of Moorish art, with its honeycomb walls and exquisite marble pillars and arches. To read more about it, do visit Wikipedia. Below are some pictures I took.
