IT FAirs
Well, I got a few good buys as I got my apple charger for 26 bucks and the ipod nano crystal case for just 10 dollars! It’s quite a good deal compared to those that I saw in shops outside. I must say that there were quite a lot of cool gadgets on display and I saw a few laptops, which I’m interested in. But I’m still keeping my options open as well as waiting for prices to drop. Haha, ok la, I can openly declare what are my minimum requirements – a 2Ghz duo core processor, 1Ghz of RAM, a dedicated Graphics Card (Nvidia 7000 series at least), lightweight (2.5kg and below) as well as price consideration (around 3k will be just nice). Of course, it must come with international warranty as well!
Friday was more of scouting about for other cheap deals with the CCIS people. The prices of memory sticks and thumb drives have really dropped drastically. Cameras that were on display there were also tempting, and I must say that Fuji caught my eye with their natural light technology, Olympus for their all-weather body and high body resistance and Casio and Sony for their slim-built. Hmm, shall take a closer look again at them in June.
Saturday was terrible! I’ve decided, never ever go IT shows on the weekends as the place will be packed with people and you will find it tough to pay, so you can imagine how hard it is to try to catch anyone’s attention to serve you. So my advice is really to go IT shows on weekdays.
I watched Date Movie too. It is really a hilarious movie, but a pity its too short! It’s like just 80 minutes or so, but it’s funny enough to more than tickle your funny bone. There’s also plenty of parodies too. Ha, now I want to watch the Scary Movie series just to see how good the scriptwriters were.
