I went to relook at one of my blog post, something which I posted on Independence day last year. You can say that I was amazed that what I predicted was quite accurate. I mean US Fed Reserve did raise interest rates to around 2.25% at the start of the year and now interest rates are slowly moving up to 3% well the stock market is still looking good. Guess things might really cool down when interest rates hit 4-4.5%? Haha. Guess I am prophetic to some extent.
