Update

I’ve not blogged in ages, for I can’t really think of any interesting happenings in my life, or a topic that I came across which struck me. So I’m just going to do a brief update here.

Yup, I’m enjoying most of my time at home, or I will be out with people. I have finished reading a brief history of time, and I must say that it is an interesting book. It is actually an easy read considering the topics it covers, and it has indeed increased my awareness of theories on string theory, black holes as well as relativity and quantum physics. So I do recommend it to people who wish to know more about the beginning of time, as well as people who wish to know about the more recent aspects of Physics which we do not cover in our curriculum.

I also just started reading the book “First Intimate” or 《第一次的亲密接触》. Well, I must admit that is an interesting and humorous book to read, and it certainly has caught my attention. So for those who thinks that they have neglected their Chinese and wish to work on it, this is a good book to get you started.

Oh, the good thing that happened this past week is that I’ve cleared my SOC. So now apart from one more range, offs and leaves to clear (as well as clearance itself), there’s really nothing more that I need to care about in my army life. Yea!

I’m hoping to meet up with lots of different groups of people this December. I mean it has been a long time since I last met most people, so a simple gathering will be just nice.
